Drew Jackson Counseling, LLC — Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update:

We have been working diligently to monitor the situation and develop a plan to safely provide our clients with counseling services during this stressful and uncertain time.  In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, on 3-16-2020, the Mississippi Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors passed legislation allowing for all counselors to conduct sessions using HIPPA compliant Telehealth video software.  The CDC, American Medical Association, and several agencies and governing bodies in the medical field have strongly  advised non-emergency service healthcare providers to utilize and make Telehealth services available to better protect our patients during this time.

Effective March 23rd, Drew Jackson Counseling, LLC will suspend all face-to-face meetings and will be providing video Telehealth sessions for all clients.  We sincerely believe this is in the best interest for the health and well-being of our clients and their families.  In addition to reducing the risk of exposure for our patients, we also believe the Telehealth sessions will greatly assist our clients by providing additional flexibility needed by many at this time.

We will be using the HIPPA compliant program Doxy.me as our Telehealth secure video service.  All clients will be receiving an email with details and instructions as soon as possible.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not receive and email prior to your scheduled appointment time, or if you have any questions or concerns.  We are here to assist in way possible.

We will continue to closely monitor the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak and provide you with appropriate updates and resources.
